At Whispering Bowstrings, every string is built with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made to order, we want to be clear and fair about how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Custom Orders (All Bowstrings)

All bowstrings are custom-built based on your specifications (length, color, serving type, etc.).

Because of this, all sales are final once production begins.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom bowstrings that were built correctly to the order provided.

2. Errors or Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product that is:

Defective (e.g., serving separation, incorrect construction), or

Incorrect due to our error (wrong length, color, or specifications not matching your order),

please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Inspect the claim, and if verified,

Replace the string at no additional cost to you.

3. Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all order details before submitting (string length, bow model, color, serving preferences, nock fit, etc.).

We are not responsible for errors in measurements or specifications that were provided incorrectly at the time of order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is authorized, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to replace a defective or incorrect item.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
